I found the book very interesting. I am not an accomplished writer in the general sense of the definition. However I have started to make an attempt at writing a book. The author is obviously well read but I found for me, too many examples from other authors, they felt more like book reviews. (maybe I need to go over it again ??) I found myself glazing over those section looking for the meat of the material which I was digging for. The book is easy to read and well laid out. It helped me to understand some things which I was struggling with such as grammar and 1st person and third person narration, as well as other tid bits. I certainly recommend this book to anyone contemplating writting.
