About the Author
At twelve, he repaired a friend's broken Atari 2600 so he could play Yar's Revenge. As a teenager, he was hired by Fresno Unified School District as a Spanish language aid but eventually became technical support for Sequoia Middle School's computer network. He soon serviced teachers' computers at their home and their spouses' business networks. A side-income was born.
He soon launched his own business and over the next two decades, helped 17,000+ end users with their computer repair problems, eventually creating a "business-only" organization, with a team and a brand that is as serious, efficient and sleek as the advice he provides.
J. is a thought-leader in the business world and has been quoted on national website publications including IT World, CIO, Network World, IT News, Techopedia, Lending Tree, The Enterprisers Project (by Linux), Ed Tech, All Business and CSO Online.
He's a CSU Fresno alum, a less-than-perfect husband, and a father of two strapping boys who he hopes he has skill enough to teach them how to be hard-working men.
