About the Author

Darren Smithson is owner and Managing Consultant of The Inform Group, a company he originally set up to provide business and development training, project management and educational services but is now becoming the vehicle for creating a new business and educational vision.

He has 30 years experience working for or with the likes of IBM, BULL, NEC, The British Broadcasting Corporation and Microsoft, as well as with local government and community development organisations, but he is not like other business consultants.

He has delivered talks, training and workshops to audiences all over the world and to such organisations as the MOD, SITA, BA, the RAC, York Science College, Exeter University, The London Stock Exchange, Fujitsu-Siemens, CHS Ltd, Carpetrite, Barnsley College and to a conference of 300 senior managers from Europe's largest IT companies ranging from IBM & Microsoft to Toshiba and Bull.
