My husband and I dropped a few pounds within a couple of weeks eating these soups. Some recipes may seem a bit strange when you cook them for the first time, but they do work for weight-loss, and we find most of them quite tasty. I've also noticed my skin, nails, and hair look way better and healthier now, since we changed our ration following Sahara Sanders' diet plans.
