Sadly, the PRETTY LITTLE LIARS have come to an end. WANTED is the 8th and final installment in this highly addicting and twisted series. As with the previous books in the series, WANTED is filled with mysteries and twists and turns that leave the reader wondering how it will play out. Being the final part of this series, it's hard to write a review without giving too much away. Another potential suspect in the murder of Alison DiLaurentis is named. But as experienced in the past, there are holes in the theory with this suspect, as well. Hanna, Aria, Emily, and Spencer want to believe that this is the true killer, but even these four have their doubts. The story fills the reader in on the continuing lives of the four "Pretty Little Liars." Hanna has her relationship with Aria's brother, Mike. Aria is happily dating Noel Kahn. Spencer is finally getting along with her family and is content with her relationship with Andrew. And Emily is the swim captain and dealing with her sexual orientation. As WANTED builds towards the climax, a new and unexpected character is introduced who helps to weave all of the past clues from "A" into that one final "ah" moment. You know that moment. When everything you've read in the previous books all comes together and the light bulb goes off - and you realize that Ms. Shepard brilliantly wove the story that could keep you guessing literally right up until the final chapters. I've looked forward to each new installment of this series, and though I'm happy with the way the story ended, I'm sad to part with the rich and spoiled of Rosewood, PA.

So, I read these two Christmas' ago and loved them. I then got my friend hooked on them. Let me tell you, since the last book I was getting kinda skeptic at how can many more of these can she come out with? I am saddend that this is the last in the series, but gave it a restful ending(unlike twilight saga). She could even start a series of Allisons new life. I knew this was coming, since the book that they saw her in the woods. This was a fantastic series, I recommend it, and give it a restful peace as it deserves.

ok, your probably wondering why my title is sad when i gave this book 5 stars right, well because im sad this is the last book in the series! OMG, whyy cant sara shepard write more?! In wanted you get a lot of explanations to all of the crazy things that happened in the pervious books. there are, as usual, many twists and turns! *SPOILER ALERT* In this book, you FINALLY get to know who killed ali....orr... was the person dead actually ali or not :) this book was SO unexpoected and the ending was amazing. okay so first of all i loved this book. Some things bothered me a little. but i'm glad it ended like it did. that it leaves the mystery that she could still be alive. But I have a few questions that were left unanswered... WHYYYYY WAS THE IRIS GIRL SO WEIRD WITH HANNA? that was never figured out like why did she treat her like that? anddd... WHAT WAS THE DEAL WITH WILDENS AMISH GIRLFRIEND?! uhmm they never figure out what that whole deal was, and how that somehow connected EMILY with everything? Uuhm like why did emily even go there, what significance did that have. why did ali/courtney send her that?!!!!

Honesty this was the best on out of the whole series. It basically wrapped everything up greatly. This wouldve been a perfect end but hopefully the ones following will be as good too.

OH MY GOSH! I've been waiting months for this book to come out! I had so many questions and FINALLY I got them answered. This series is absolutely phenomenal and I would recommend it to anybody who like s agood mystery. WARNING! Don't read it at night with the light off! ******SPOILER ALERT***** I totally called it in the 6th book, Killer, when the girls saw Ali in the forest. I absolutely knew she had to have an identical twin. I had zero idea that she'd be so psycho! WHich she am I talking about? You'll hafta read to find out ;) Also, I thought Sara Shepard did a brilliant job with the entire series. I admire her so so so much. I am, unfortunately, worried about the TV show. The acting in my opinion looks terrible and NONE of the characters look like they're supposed to. This is a HUGE let down to the hundreds of avid readers. If you are interested in the PLL show I would wholy recommend that you read the books instead: SO MUCH BETTER All in all I absolutely love! So sad the series is over :( *tear. But I'm super excited for Shepard's new series, "The Lying Game".

This book is amazing with such a "twisted" plot! A great way to wrap up the seiries . . . But wait theres more!!! Remember wildens girlfriend? And what about Meridiths baby? Who was that girl at the end of the book? And we all know there could still be someone wanting to hurt those pretty little liars Aria, Hanna, Emily, and Spencer. So you better watch your back. Mwah! --A

They are fantastic books for teenagers and adults alike. I'm in my fifties and I love them. I've read to Wanted. I love them!

Spencer-watch your back.. Oh wait, I'll be watching it for you! You're in for the biggest surprise of your life. Your half-sister isn't what she looks like. She isn't who she may say she is, but you'll find that out later. Emily- You know how you shouldn't pick out the first dress you see? Don't do that with girls either. As I told Spence, he isn't the one you love. Or loved. Aria-You're right for not trusting "Courtney" right away. Maybe she is the wrong twin, she isn't YOUR Ali. And Hanna-Sorry that you aren't Daddy's Little Girl. It's okay, you're still Pretty Little Liar! Bravo girls, I give this performance five stars. Here's a little advice, don't believe everything you hear. --A

This is the last book of the pretty little liars series but it is SO good, it was the creepiest thing ever!! I got shivers and at times began to have mini hyperventilating sessions, thats how scary it was. I had my sister come in my room just to sit there while I was in my bead reading my book. I loved it and you will too.

I started reading this series last year and was immediately hooked. Who was A? And why was A torturing these girls? Well, the answers to these questions were revealed in Wanted, the eighth and final book in the Pretty Little Liars series.Shepard did a great job with this book. She wrote an intricately woven novel that provided history into A¿s identity so the reader could understand what exactly motivated A to become A. Early on a twist is introduced into the story that appears to be very random. As the story progresses, the twist starts to makes sense and only adds depth to the mystery. As I read Wanted, my mind flashed back to the previous novels and things quickly fell into place. Things I had missed before suddenly became clear.Like the first seven novel, Wanted uses the four girls¿ history to help move the plot along. Shepard takes us back to the night of the sleepover. The infamous night that Ali disappeared. As each girl thinks about that fateful night, it¿s Spencer¿s memories that are the most valuable. Memories that will help shed light on what really happened. As much as I enjoyed Wanted, its ending was bittersweet for me. I loved the Pretty Little Liars series and highly recommended it. It was sad reading the last page knowing the end has come. Thankfully Shepard is working on a new series. The Lying Game, book one, will be released in early December.

So now I know everything. I know what happened to Alison and why, who was behind the A thing and why Hanna, Spencer, Aria and Emily were targeted by A to begin with.I did get first A but the revelations from the later books in general and this one in particular were completely unexpected. I do like being surprised. :)This was a fun book series, and I want to read her new one (which starts in December) and also her other novel, The Visibles.

Wanted is the final book in the Pretty Little Liars 8 book series. The series so far has been quite a ride and this book is no exception. The final book is full of surprises and suspense and addresses many of the major questions hanging over the series. There were many suspects in the killing of Rosewood¿s Ali, but who really did the deed? And was Ali dead after all? In the end, I thought the killer¿s identity plot device was a bit gimmicky and cliche. I wondered why were the girl¿s so trusting of Courtney? Have they learned anything throughout this series? The ending was appropriately dark and creepy and in keeping with the series. I don¿t think there were enough clues presented in the series to figure out the ending, but some clues are there if you dig deep enough. The series overall is highly entertaining for teens and adults alike. I¿m glad I read this series and I¿m sure it will enhance my enjoyment of the ABC Family series. However, after reading these books back to back I¿m ready to move on to something else.Looking forward to checking out Sara Shepard¿s next series beginning with the first book: The Lying Game due December 7.

I was excited and sad to start the last book of the Pretty Little Liars series. In the end I was so shocked at what happened because that was something I didn't even think could be possible. It is a great series and I would recommend it to every reader.

I really loved this whole series. It had a lot of suspense and I always wanted to know what happened next. Overall pretty good but I thought that the ending was a little confusing and I'm still a little confused about what happened.

So wow... I read spoilers for this book & I was still confused and guessing for 90% of the book. The medium was right when she told the girls, Ali killed Ali. The real Ali (sent to a mental hospital the day our four favorite PLL were in the DiLaurentis' backyard) was out for revenge against her twin sister Courtney (who had already spent her whole life in a mental hospital). Courtney is the Ali we knew from books 1-7. Courtney is the girl whose body was really found in the hole. Courtney stole Ali's life that day in the backyard. She had to ditch Ali's old friends, Riley and Naomi, which is why they told Hanna that Ali ditched them for no reason. Courtney didn't know Riley & Naomi, she only knew Hanna, Spencer, Aria, and Emily. It's amazing though, that Mr. & Mrs. DiLaurentis didn't even know they had the wrong daughter all that time. According to Ali, Courtney ruined her life the day she stole Ali's identity with all the choices she made. Hanna, Spencer, Aria, and Emily were all responsible by association and had to pay. Ali had made her sister pay the day of the summer sleepover when she pushed her into that ditch and left her for dead. The girls believe that Ali is dead, after all she didn't make it out of the house when it exploded. At least, not that any of the girls saw. I firmly believe that Ali is still alive and in hiding. Evil like hers doesn't die easily. She has many more lives to ruin, as Laura St. DeLions, before she'll be satisfied. I think Ali waits a few years, changes her name, then comes out of hiding, and plans to destroy more lives. I'm so glad Sara Shepard decided to continue the series with four more books. I can't wait to read about Ali, as Laura's adventures.
