Meet the intense and sexy bad boy bikers of the Chaos Motorcycle Club in Millie and High's story from Kristen Ashley's New York Times bestselling series.

The flame never dies . . .

Millie Cross knows what it's like to burn for someone. She was young and wild and he was fierce and even wilder-a Chaos biker who made her heart pound. They fell in love at first sight and life was good, until she learned she couldn't be the woman he needed and made it so he had no choice but to walk away. Twenty years later, Millie's chance run-in with her old flame sparks a desire she just can't ignore. And this time, she won't let him ride off . . .

Bad boy Logan "High" Judd has seen his share of troubles with the law. Yet it was a beautiful woman who broke him. After ending a loveless marriage, High is shocked when his true love walks back into his life. Millie is still gorgeous, but she's just a ghost of her former self. High's intrigued at the change, but her betrayal cut him deep-and he doesn't want to get burned again. As High sinks into meting out vengeance for Millie's betrayal, he'll break all over again when he realizes just how Millie walked through fire for her man . . .

About the Author

Kristen Ashley grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana, and has lived in Denver, Colorado, and the West Country of England. Thus she has been blessed to have friends and family around the globe. Her posse is loopy (to say the least) but loopy is good when you want to write.

Kristen was raised in a house with a large and multigenerational family. They lived on a very small farm in a small town in the heartland, and Kristen grew up listening to the strains of Glenn Miller, The Everly Brothers, REO Speedwagon, and Whitesnake.

Needless to say, growing up in a house full of music and love was a good way to grow up.

And as she keeps growing up, it keeps getting better.

I want more. I know I truly live a book when I want to read more, the moment I finish the book. That is how I feel about Walk Through Fire, by Kristen Ashley. Logan "High" and Mille is another amazing book in the Chaos Series. I did not want to put it down, and now that I'm done... I so wish I could read more. I already miss Logan and Millie, and the entire Chaos MC and their Old Ladies. So, I Want More, Please! I suggest you start with the Dream Man Series, then after Motorcycle Man, move on to the Chaos Series. Of course, I love most of Kristen Ashley's books, especially her Rock Chick's Series. So, get started , you're in for a great ride with Walk Through Fire, and the Chaos Series!

I loved Millie and High/Logan! They are definitely a second chance romance that rocks! After twenty years and a chance encounter at the Chipotle, Millie and Logan reunite with sparks ablazing! Millie rediscovers her inner "old lady" and makes High laugh again! Loved this new 5 star read by Kristen Ashley!

This is one of my favorite series, and this addition definitely did not disappoint. Full length novel with wonderful background characters, awesome dialog and an emotional and compelling story. Recommend reading in order. My only issue is the length of time between releases. I hope we don't have to wait as long for the next one.

Kristen Ashley has written another winner with Walk Through Fire. Even though Motorcycle Man (Tack and Tyra's story) is my absolute favorite Chaos book, Walk Through Fire (High and Millie's story) is a close second. I was so invested in getting to their HEA that I read all 400 plus pages in one rainy afternoon. Thanks Ms. Ashley for a wonderful series that is full of romance, good looking bada**es, intrigue, and all with stories that make the reader feel as if they are part of the Chaos family!

When i first read this book it was hard for me to let it down. This book hits home so much and if i were to write a first novel this is the story line i would write about. Millie's story i can relate to 100%, she is sexy, smart, a girl who fell in so much love that she did the one thing she knew, break her own heart and life to give something to the man she loves, that she couldn't. Logan, is a sexy as sin biker who also fell in love with a girl and never stopped. Its no your typical love story line. If you love deep passionate reading, this is the book. I dont want to spoil anything, its worth reading to find out all the secrets. Shakey ending, only because its a bit different from the rest of the books, but still a worth reading one. Hope you enjoy as much as i did. THIS WILL BE MY 3RD RE-READ of this story. L O V E it.

This one really breaks your heart...and mends it. My only gripe: it seemed to end rather abruptly without resolution of a certain situation. Still steamy, emotional, raunchy good fun!

I love this series, it tugs my emotions and I feel like I'm there living right in the middle of all the love and chaos. Kristen Ashley is a brilliant writer. Thank you for sharing your dreams with us.

Goodness if I could give this book more than 5 stars it definitely rates up to 100! Walk Through Fire is probably my favorite and one of the best written stories from Kristen Ashley, I can't wait to see how she tops High! Millie and High had their life all planned out, down to the names of their kids. But out of the blue Millie ends it and High walks away leaving half his heart with a woman he now hates. 20 years later Millie has returned and she needs to make amends to move on. But High is determined to figure out her game and why now she wants to give him a reason for leaving him. What he didn't know was Millie gave up everything and lived as a ghost to give him everything. I can't even express how much this story broke my heart, made me cry, had me laughing, and falling in love all over again. High is the "flowery" badass who will isn't afraid to let his woman know how much he loves her. Millie has to be one of the strongest women EVER to give up her everything to give her man everything he's ever wanted! ANOTHER GREAT BOOK FROM KRISTEN ASHLEY!

I LOVE this book. What's crazy is I bought it like last year and I ended up starting it, but never finishing it. Until recently, when I dug this gem out of my closet. And now I'm acquiring the entire series (and of course, reading it backwards, because that's just typical of me, always in the middle somewhere). Logan makes the book just like Millie, and I know it's crazy but I felt like I was right there with the characters. So far this has been Ashley's best yet. I love how this is not your typical 200 page nook romance, but yet a story that is very much developed. Even the way the characters talk puts me right into suit with how the events play out. Trust Ashley's books--- I am an avid reader and I am very picky, so when I started this series I couldn't believe I overlooked it. I also, dig a book that is a forever number of pages because god help me I get hung over after a series and struggle to identify with characters from a new series. Definitely worth the read.

I love this series, I kind of read this backwards, Read the Dream man series, this the Chaos Series, Then went bake and read the Rock Chicks Series, But I want more! Just like all the other reviews I would like to see a story about Rush (Tack's Son), I would love to read about the children of the Rock Chicks, Dream Man & Chaos. We all need our Rock Chicks, Dream Man, Chaos fix, so we need more!! Please Kristen Ashley, don't leave us hanging!

BEST BOOK IN THE SERIES! BEST BOOK I HAVE READ IN A LONG TIME! This full length novel has everything i love in a good book and everything that seems hard to find in books. Its pace alone is over the top fantastic as it moves fast yet leaves plenty of time for the stories and characters to develope. It has hot HOT love scenes, strong characters, great supporting characters, some action, and lots of history between the characters that mixes perfectly with their present and future relationship. Im left hoping that the series continues but equally nervous that any book after this might not live up to the high bar this book just set. Definitely a must read!

This series just keeps getting better and better!! Motorcycle Man (in the Dream Man series, but actually the first Chaos novel) was recommended by fans of Joanna Whylde's Reapers series. Since then, I've read them all, but Walk Through Fire is my favorite. I cried a LOT while reading Millie and High's story. At one point, Millie is crying while watching Downton Abbey and High asks her how she can cry over characters who never even existed. She tells him it's the hallmark of a great writer to make people feel that deeply. Kristen Ashley is a great writer and I felt this story deeply.
