About the Author
Brian Shaughnessy is the owner and principal of Lighthouse Consulting & Design, a web development firm specializing in CiviCRM implementations with all three CMS integrations (Joomla!, Drupal, and WordPress). For over ten years, Brian worked with an association management company providing services to not-for-profit professional, trade, and charitable organizations. Upon starting his own business, he channeled that experience into effective implementations of CiviCRM for not-for-profits. He has worked with organizations around the world, helping them to achieve greater efficiencies and expand functionality through CiviCRM.
Brian has been active in the CiviCRM community since 2007, participating in code sprints, contributing code back to the project, providing CiviCRM end user and admin training in cooperation with the core team, presenting at CiviCRM conferences and events, and being an active member of the CiviCRM Partner community.
