Breaking into a whirlwind schedule of filming Disney TV movies and touring the world with the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato checked into a treatment facility in the fall of 2010. Denying rumors of substance abuse, her management team confessed that Lovato was being treated for emotional issues that manifested themselves in bulimia and cutting, serious matters that can't be swept under the rug, so Lovato attempts to clear the air via her post-treatment record, 2011's Unbroken. Clearly, the title is intended to convey strength, while its lead single, "Skyscraper," conveyed vulnerability, setting a precedent for Lovato specifically addressing her problems on "Fix a Heart," where she runs out of Band-Aids to bind her wounds. These stark ballads are paired with a half-album's worth of songs that act like nothing is wrong in Demi's world at all, that she can keep partying "All Night Long" and shaking her hips for her only shorty. Ryan Tedder attempts to push her onto the charts while Timbaland knocks off his own production of Nelly Furtado's "Promiscuous," the frivolity clashing with introspection.

Demi Lovato's voice is beautiful. Her voice pulls you into the stories on this album. She really puts emotion into her songs, music, and lyrics. She's an amazing role model and a true inspiration and this album shows how far shes come and how much she has grown and matured. If you are are TRUE Demi fan, this album will not disappoint. If you only like one album of hers, you are obviously not a true fan. Demi and this album is beautiful. <3 i love you Demi.
Demi has struggled through a rough time as her fans and teenagers of the world know. This album, I believe, signifies her overcoming her problems and issues and she rises up from them a changed person. These songs are so meaningful especially Skyscraper which is receiving many wonderful reviews form many people.Well done,Demi!!!
Demi Lovato is an inspirational singer and role model for today's youth. I love her and her album. I can't wait to see what she's going to do next
Absolutely love Demi. Not just who she is, but her music. Sure her old stuff was good, but Unbroken is just purely real, especially the songs like Fix A Heart, For the Love of a Daughter, etc. I don't care who you are or if you're a die-hard "Lovatic," but this music is real and you know it came from a true singer/songwriter.
I love Demi and this cd is just another reason why! It's a new side of her that I'm glad she showed everyone. She's a real role model and the music is great!
her last albums were boring and dull but this album is annoying dumb and unintelligent sorry demi leave to the pros like megadeth metallica slayer led zeppelin black sabbath ozzy osbourne korn etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc
What is Tbd? On the picture it says 'unbroken'. Demi even said on twitter that the title is 'unbroken'. is there going to be a second single?
this album fails on soo many levels demi lovato admitted in a interview that she does not care about her fans she only cares about money and she hated playing sonny monroe in the show called sonny with a chance demi lovato has officially turned her back on her very own fans
demi lovato stinks this album stinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
demi lovato lip synchs on this album she does not know how to sing she yells and screams when she sings
this album is lame and boring demi lovato is not a role model at all
