I love redwall books and my favorite is Triss. Brian does a fantastic job, exept that alot of my favorite charachters die, such as: Timballisto, Rockjaw, The Mask, Luke, Russa, and Arven the champion, but redwall still lives strong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't forget there was also Mariel of Redwall who was an escaped slave. The difference was she had no friends to go along. Does anyone know the exact date for when the paperback version comes out??? I know it's in august but i don't know the EXACT date.

I LOVE REDWALL BOOKS! they are like som sort of addiction! i live in china (mostly becuase my dad is a lunatic and got sick of working in the states) any way i still have every new redwall book mailed to me! they are so good! i am so happy that brockhall is finally brought back into the story! i was wondering what had happened to it! i mean it couldnt have just rotted! if Mr. Jacques stops writting life will be alot worse! i will have nothing to do before i go to sleap or in the morning! the redwall books, like the tapestry of martin are woven togother so well! so many complex diversions and twists! the only time in the book when i stop worrying about any new traps the redwallers (or other animals) might fall into is perhaps the last page! PLEASE DO NOT STOP WRITTING MR JACQUES!!!

Another book written by a great author. Triss is very exiting. I could not put it down. I had read this before I got the nook. It was so great that it was the first book I bought. (}:

This book is amazing. You just have to love Triss when she woops the badguys with the sword of martin the warrior.Though if you havn't read redwall or mattimeo then you won't know what somethings in the book are. I also reccomend reading Lord Brocktree before or you won't understand about the mountain fortress called Salamandastron. If you are the type of person who cries after a really amazing story then you will be in tears. Posted: 7-18-12

Whoever says this book is not as good as the others has not read it all the w ay through it has to be the second best of the whole series the first being mattimeo.

Gotta love strong female warriors. Basic Redwall book with the same kind of plot (that's not a bad thing), only this one involves slaves trying to escape from an island.
