5 Star Review Three To Ride (Nights In Bliss #1) by Sophie Oak What a great book to start off a new series with. Although not a not a particularly long read, Three To Ride is full of passion, hope, strength and determination. A story about good triumphing over evil, showing the importance of communication,of listening, coming to terms with the past and moving forward. Rachel Swift is running for her life from an obsessive and dangerous man who has become fixated on her, determined to hunt her down and destroy her for rejecting him. She has almost given up, at a point in her life where she is tired of running and just wants to give up. When she finds herself stranded in Bliss she meets and is immediately attracted to Max Harper, not knowing that he has a twin brother Rye and that the brothers share their women. When Rachel’s past comes face to face with her present, it is up to Rye and Max to protect the woman they have come to love and for Rachel to make a stand and stop running. Max, Rye and Rachel are perfect for each other and I fell for not only the characters but the whole town of Bliss, Colorado. Three To Ride was a perfect start to a new series and I cannot wait to read more.

This is the third book I've read by this author and I can't believe I waited so long to enjoy them. Max, Rach and Rye were lovable characters. Sophie brings great storylines mixed with romance, drama and comedy in them to every book she writes. I have to say this book due to the town was a little more comedy filled and I loved that, especially if you appreciate being raised in a small town weird goes a long way. Can't wait for the rest of this series to come out so we can revisit Bliss.

I enjoyed this book. It took me a bit to get into it, but Rachel, Max, and Rye come together in a way that is endearing to their situation. Any menage with twins is a fine line, but Ms. Blake did it justice. I would've liked to see more time for the triad after their obstacles were out of their way. The ending was a bit predictable. I do look forward to reading more in this series. Overall 3 Stars

This is my first read from Sophie Oak and I must say that I'm impressed. The turmail that the twins Max and Rye experience broke my heart as they attempted to try to live life as 2 couples rather than one threesome. Thank goodness Rachel comes to town. Unfortunately, Rachel brings her own issues to Bliss as her troubles follow her cross country. She soon learns that Bliss is unlike anyplace she's ever seen and for the first time, she doesn't want to leave. She lets her guard down a little and her past literally catches up with her. The eclectic townspeople love her for taming their notorious beast and welcome her with open arms. This was a fast paced fun story to read, and I look forward to reading much more.

This was a funny read, twins who like to share and a woman who won't put up with too much BS, the three fit together perfectly. And yes there was plenty of hot sex and a lot of love.

Welcome to Bliss, Colorado. Please, don't shoot if you think you see a Bigfoot. It's probably just one of the hairier men from the local nudist commune. If you're concerned about potential alien abduction we have a resident "expert" who has tinfoil hats to spare. If you happen to be a political activist, you'll appreciate the Friday lunch corner show by our friendly neighborhood Vegans. "Tolerance is our catch phrase". Rachel says it best: "It was the weirdest little town". I so want to move to Bliss, Colorado! Ms. Oak has a skill for creating not only heart-warming, leave you breathless stories but entire communities that make the reader want to pull a Mary Poppins and jump right into the book. Take for instance the first book in the Nights in Bliss, Colorado series, Three To Ride. Rachel Swift has been on the move for more than a year when she runs out of gas in the quaint little mountain community of Bliss. Thanks to a stalker she has had to not only change her name and her appearance but she's been too frightened to put down roots or get close to other people. In walk twins Max and Rye Harper along with the quirky yet welcoming close knit haven of Bliss. Do you like a brooding "don't cross me" alpha hero? If so, you're going to love Max Harper. Max is known in the community for having quite a temper until he meets the shy and beautiful new waitress at Stella's. Rachel has a way about her that makes Max want to not let her see him as a "bear" but as a potential forever kind of man. He suspects that she is running from something or someone and sets out to win her trust as well as her heart. When Max starts explaining how to break a skittish horse, like Rachel, I got a little breathless and tongue tied. The dialogue in this novel is priceless. Max's twin brother, Rye, is the sheriff of this odd little town. Rye is typically the more charming half of the twins. He's easily attracted to Rachel from just seeing her across the room but as he watches how she handles his brother he quickly loses his heart. Max and Rye have a history of sharing women that hasn't always ended well. I think you'll love how their story comes together. They'll have to come to grips with their need for each other when Rachel's past catches up with her. Rachel and the twin's story isn't the last you'll hear of Bliss. Thankfully! The follow-up story, Two To Love is already out and Ms. Oak has noted that she is writing One To Keep right now! I can't wait to read it! Pick up a copy of Three To Ride today! I think you'll be ready to move to Bliss by the time you finish reading the last page! Originally posted at Whipped Cream Reviews

* New to me author I was so excited to read this series, and I was not disappointed! Lexi (Sophie) was kind enough to let us know all the work she and her family had to go through to rerelease this series. I am so happy that she did. It is well worth the read. In Three to Ride, we get Rachel's quite scary story, to be honest. Rachel has to disappear from her life due to a stalker. To do that she changes her name and hides out in Bliss, Colorado. She finds herself at the local restaurant; Stella's where she catches the eye of Max, and Rye who are twins. Max and Rye have always wanted to find a wife that would fit into their lifestyle. But they have never been able to, and every time they have tried it has gone wrong. Max and Rye have to work together to make Rachel feel welcomed again and make her know she is safe where she is. I highly recommend this story!

I really like this books. It was well written, had a wonderful pair of alpha twin males, a well balanced heroine, a nasty villain that got what he deserved and a cast of secondary characters that will probably get stories of their own. I could almost see and feel the mountains around Bliss. Colorado is such a beautiful state and I would love to live there during the summer. I am looking forward to the next books with much anticipation.

Please read the summary before buying! Most of these "new" releases are really just re-releases of old books. Why would anyone pay another $3.99 for two new chapters only..? Come on authors, no one fell off the truck last night!

A litte suspense with a whole lot of sexy makes Three To Ride one titillating read! I first got curious about Lexi’s Bliss series when she hinted at it in Nobody Does It Better. As I hadn’t yet read this series that she initially released under her Sophie Oak pen name yet, I was instantly intrigued. Rachel Swift is a heroine that I clicked with right away. This is a woman that’s trying everything to escape a dangerously obsessed stalker that has the resources of being a cop behind him. Forced on the run with nothing to her but her few meager belongings, she’s about to give up hope when she stumbles into the small town of Bliss, Colorado and instantly falls in love. What she doesn’t expect is to fall for a sweet yet brooding man while also harboring feelings for his twin brother and town sheriff. I absolutely loved the way that Rachel took no sh*t from either man. She was quick to shut down Rye’s advances since she was dating his twin, and she was quick to put Max in his place any time he let his unreasonable jealousy get the best of him. While her relationship with Max starts when he pursues her, it’s still a bit of a slow burn. All the while, she’s fighting her attraction to his twin, even though rumors in town is that the men like to share everything…and I do mean everything. The road to the menage is a slow and sizzling burn. It also had the added element of suspense from Rachel’s stalker which I enjoyed thoroughly. The pacing was perfect and I really liked how everything wrapped up in the end. I can’t wait for more in this deliciously kinky series!

Max and Rye have always shared, but whilst Rye is away with work Max meets Rachel. Max believe that Rach won't want to participate in their lifestyle. But can she persuade both Max and Rye she wants them both. A great love story with some interesting characters.

Max Harper is the bear of Bliss, but one look at Rachel Swift, and he is immediately tamed. Max calms his wild ways and falls for her immediately. He eventually wants his brother along, they have always shared, but he was the one who put a stop to that. Rye deserves happiness, and Max only drives women away. Now Max has found the woman of their dreams, but she is his alone Rye could never be unhappy for his brother, but Max is getting the life Rye has wanted all along. Rye always leads, and he wants Rachel too, but she is only Max's. He does everything he can to help his brother out, Rye always took the romantic lead in relationships, and Max hasn't a clue. Rye is torn up helping his brother keep the girl he wants to be with as well Rachel isn't looking for long-term, she is on the run, but Bliss just feels like home. The people there welcome her, and if they are a little odd, no big deal, she is a little weird too. Max takes her breathe away from the moment they meet, and when she finds out he has a twin, she is doubly breathless, until she sees Rye is in law enforcement. She has issues, and avoids cops at all turns, even sweet, make-her-feel-safe, sexy, Rye Harper Bliss is determined though, and the town thrives on its' residents being happy, so a happily-ever-after is guaranteed for these three, the town will accept nothing less!

4.5 stars for - Three To Ride - book one in the Nights in Bliss series by Lexi Blake (previously released as Sophie Oak, but book has been re-edited, containing additional chapters and new content). This is a MFM ménage romance with BDSM elements so reader discretion is advised. Bliss, Colorado is a beautiful place full of a bunch of strange people so in other words there is no better place to fit in if you are on the run. Rachel Swift is on the run from a dangerous stalker when she finally catches a break in Bliss. She gets a job and starts to find her footing again even making a few friends in this strange little town. Among her new friends are a gorgeous pair of twin brothers that make her pulse race. Identical twins - Max and Rye Tucker - have always known they wanted one woman to share between them but after one nasty woman left her mark on them both they decided to no longer share like they always planned on in the past. Then Rachel moving to Bliss and taking a liking to Max of all people seemed like it was a sign from a higher power and they would be a fool to ignore it. This is a classic Lexi Blake book with tons of steamy romance woven with a mystery that keeps you guessing all the way through to the end. Then throw in the zany town characters and the promise of what's to come has me looking forward to all the Nights in Bliss

Bliss, Colorado is a town foll of open minded, quirky, and possibly nutty inhabitants. Rachel, Max and Rye are residents of this town, and well, fix right in with the quirks of their inhabitants. Max is a grumpy horse trainer, and Rye, the sheriff. In order for a menage to work, you have to like all 3 of the characters, and believe that they like one another. I believed the relationship in this title, and well, it made for some steamy and fun sexy times with the characters. This is a reissue of a title that was released under Sophie Oak. This version has been updated with some added content. It feels like it was written now, so the updating of the story moved it from a few years ago to a refreshed title that was written in 2018. I enjoyed this title and I look forward to the next visit to Bliss.

Menage is not my preferred reading genre. UNLESS it's Lexi Blake, then I'm ALL over it! She has the ability to make it HOT and not porn-cheesy. The ability to make you see yourself in the female position, with these two hot, sweet, alpha men wanting you is definitely uncanny. And hats off to making the town of Bliss so open and accepting of each person/couples differences. And embracing them. Not to make the person feel weird for wanting to have 2 husbands or share a wife. Or the nudist colony. I know some people still aren't open with things like that but for there to be an almost dedicated town is just awesome and so progressive. People aren't exiled to Bliss but rather go there and stay because people aren't judging. I love Lexi Blake's writing and don't see that stopping ANY time soon!

This was a terrific read! I love everything about this series. Lexi Blake makes me wish for a place just like Bliss, Colorado. The quirky town with all it's fun-loving, misunderstood people and the way they accept each other and bind together in times of need. Every story in the series is unique and pulls you in from the beginning. Love, lust and danger lurks all around. The characters are easy to fall for. Hot, domineering, alpha males and their independent yet compassionate women that throw their lives in chaos while loving every minute of it.Rye and Max Harper are twins. Their whole lives they wanted one thing. To find a women that will accept their need to share her and make a life and family together.  They have given up hope of ever finding The One.¿Rachel Swift is tired of being on the run and finds a home in Bliss Colorado. When she meets Max and Rye she is drawn to them both and that scares her. Could she possibly have a life with both of them. As they fight for their new-found love Rachel's stalker has other plans that could cost them all their lives.
