LOVE this book! I just got it and cant wait to make all of these recipes that are healthy yet delicious and not too complicated for the busy person to make. I have made 3 so far and they are all amazing. My husband has requested the lasagna rollups to be on repeat in our house. Definitely recommend this book to anyone trying to maintain a healthy yet sustainable diet!
