From the celebrity wedding planner and author of the The Wedding Book, Mindy Weiss’s All-In-One Wedding Planner & Organizer helps couples keep track of every detail leading up to their Big Day. It’s the organizer that includes exactly what you need for on-the-go, on-the-ground wedding planning.

Created as a three-ring binder, it has tabs for each category:

• Budget
• Location, Location, Location!
• Menu and Flowers
• Rentals
• The Dress! (And What Everyone Else Is Wearing)
• The Guests and the Invitations
• Music, Photography, and Videography
• Making It Official: Rings, Licenses, Vows, Officiants

Packed throughout are tips, tools, checklists, spreadsheets, and schedules to help brides (and grooms) manage everything from building a wedding timeline and organizing the dreaded seating chart to getting the wedding party matched and fitted. From “Will you marry me?” to “I do,” nothing will slip through the cracks.

You’re engaged! Whether the proposal came out of the clear blue sky or after months of strategic hinting, one thing is clear: Your life is about to change. Your engagement is a time for celebration, a time when the people you love turn the spotlight on you and your fiancé and the commitment you’re making to each other. It is also a time for planning.

Throwing a wedding can be an overwhelming and stressful process. Even if you’re having a scaled-down affair, there will inevitably be more details than you’re accustomed to managing. In creating this hands-on wedding planner, I’m providing you with the same in-the-field information and organizational tools that I offer my clients, including all the schedules, charts, and checklists you need to keep track of the details of your big day. You should also treat this planner as your mobile inspiration board: Stick fabric and color swatches in the divider folders, keep a running list of favorite websites and Pinterest boards, and invest in a three-hole punch so you can add magazine tearsheets.

My hope is that with the help of this planner you will be able to plan a harmonious, memorable, and deeply personal wedding day. And when the big day is behind you, the binder will make a wonderful scrapbook of these busy but exciting months.

I just got this planner a few days ago. After reading tons of review for other planners I chose to take a risk and order one with no reviews at all. I'm very happy. I've already used the Buget section to break things down. I highly recommend this planner if you want simple and organized.

I bought this book immediately after getting engaged. I cannot praise it enough! I was so stressed about everything that I was reading about online. To-Do lists I could find online weren't too detailed and just gave general guidlines for everything. This is a planner, organizer, keepsake, and novel about your wedding, all in one! It's an easy read split up by timeline and category. There is even a section for short term engagement timelines versus a long term engagement! It gave me so much information (but not enough to overwhelm!) It made planning my wedding stressfree. I was a full time worker, full time mom, and full time student. It not only gives you a list of what to ask vendors, but it also asks you questions of how you want things so you really think about it. I loved the three ring style so I could add pages and folders to stuff things into. I could go on and on about this book, but I'll keep it short...BUY THIS IF YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED!

I have last years version but this planner is FANTASTIC!! It has everything in it you could possibly need/use and not a bunch of fillers you don't. Mine came in a 3-ring binder which is a must for any bride, this way you can easily add any papers received from your vendors. Full of great information also, answers any questions you may be unsure of. Great guide.

This book is so thorough! I just returned from my honeymoon and it even goes into the checklist of name changing so I don't miss anything! It is very organized and easy to use, for simple to complex weddings. Mine was a simple wedding and I just left out the things that were not relevant to me. I like the zip pocket and card holders in the back for pamphlets, and each binder tab has a half-pocket to stuff things in. What I love too is I can take all the pages out, insert 3 ring photo paper, and use this as our wedding photo album now too!
