About the Author

As father of 4 children I experience a step between potty training&toilet training. . I found that Parents (because of marketing) inadvertently have over looked the toilet training stage. The toddler needs in bring the adult size commode in line with toddler (girl or boy) motor skills. Though it was my son at 18 months of age was the inspiration for STEADY STEPS. After witnessing countless times he (when place on store bought potty--tipping it over--or getting up when belted to it(remember the one with a belt?)--to fallen asleep on it!--only to reliving himself once back in pamper! if this is or happen to you during potty training period--you know full well how frustrating this was. I provided for my family as a senior draftsman, on my breaks sought to design a safe secure platform. one that a toddler could use at the adult commode. It had to have steps(for height)&handles just right for little hands I have always had a love for working with wood---shelves, bookcases, toy boxes,etc. for the home. So after many measurements the drawing for platform was complete for a pattern to be made--that was back in 1990,Fruitland, Maryland,United States of America. This is a short fiction story about a little Prince and how STEADY STEPS found it way into the Kingdom of Woodbelieve. My family and thank you for your purchase.
