About the Book: Michal T. Gracey continues his journey into the world of fictional writings with his third novel, “The Time End: Don’t Let Time Run Out” (ISBN 1463677057). Written for those that enjoy science fiction, Gracey creates a world that could be mankind’s future if the government continues to move towards a totalitarian government.
Patty Gray and Bill Hopper are a young couple living under the rule of a world government. Every aspect of their lives falls under the government’s ruling. Unlike those around them, Patty and Bill can’t help but think there is something more than being controlled by this large and elusive government system.
Approaching legal age, the two will soon enter the world economic order. However, Bill has other plans when he visits an old family farm. This is the beginning of his journey towards freedom. Bill and his best friend, Sam, begin to discover information about the individuals who previous lived on the farm. They learn about the technology their ancestors developed and used to change the hands of time years before.
“The group of young adults find the reverse of the age-old saying the truth will set you free,” Gracey said. “Once they are free of the widespread government rule, Bill, Patty and the others find truth.”
Gracey shows how the couple relies on love and one another to overcome the obstacles standing in their way of freedom. He believes that readers, especially young adults, will relate to Bill, Patty and the other young adults in their fight for freedom and desire to spread the truth among others.
