I purchased this book along with many other 'classic starts' books for my 6 year old. He loves the story of King Arthur and the knights of the round table. This book was not too hard for him to read and it really inspired his imagination!! These books are well written and are perfect for the 6-10 age range (in my opinion).

These books are fantastic for those young reader who want to dig into some great classics but are a little too young for the big wording. These books take the same great classic story and translate them into easier to read versions. Also can be used for AR reading points in school!!

I loved this book. While I was reading it, I actually felt that I was in Camelot. I would recomend this book to anyone who likes myths.

I read this book to my 4th grade class and it was interesting to them as we had just completed our unit on the middle ages. In the future I think I will only read the most interesting stories instead of the entire book because they did loose interest during some of the stories.

The classics exist because these are stories that will outlive most of the writing that is done today. Their value is beyond comparison. My children and grandchildren have benefited from reading such wonderful stories from the past.
