Tim Rice was born in Baltimore, Maryland. Raised in the tough streets of Detroit, Michigan’s east side and Baltimore’s west side. He is a Desert Storm/Shield war vet, retired Lieutenant from Baltimore City Fire Department, and life coach. He overcame his own obstacles by becoming a dedicated student of personal development and he obtained his financial freedom through investing in real estate. He retired at forty and now lives on the beach in Dominican Republic.
