About the Author

John Vincent Palozzi was born and raised in a Catholic family and remained so though his years of college at the University of Buffalo, New York. Shortly after graduation he met his "Spiritual Mother" who taught him Astrology. Having a degree in Psychology, he was very interested in knowing what made people who they were, and especially, why he was who he was. After studying Astrology for one year he had a more complete understanding of himself - his likes and dislikes, his communication and artistic skills, his relationships. But he still was plagued by constant thoughts in his mind, and had been as far back as he could remember. Within a year of graduating he found himself on his first really big adventure, hitchhiking from Buffalo to Florida. He decided to stay in Florida and still lives there. Once he got settled he quickly found New Age friends and started reading about Yoga and Psychic Development. He participated in several different disciplines and experimented with various techniques. His search led him to the secrets he reveals in this book. After uncovering the three yoga techniques for turning off the thoughts in the mind, he put them to practice every night continuously for months. He could feel the change occurring after just the first week, and eventually he was able to maintain a still mind throughout his waking day. He could think what he wanted to think and could quickly banish any unwanted thoughts that tried to enter his mind. Today he still maintains that still mind and is taking time to write books that share his experiences and the lessons he has learned with the public, in order to be of service to his readers.
