There were quite a few things I found confusing in this book. I’m wondering if it was originally written in another language and this is the English translation? It’s good enough to get one started on a Keto diet but the recipes and instructions weren’t very clear.

What makes this author a credible source of information on the subject? The information is vague, poorly organized, and hardly a useful guide to a very specific regimen.

This book gave a clear basic explanation for Keto beginners. It answered several questions I had when starting this new way of eating.

Has a log of good information. I know three people now who lost between 35 to 45 pounds in first month.

Confusing. Doesn’t give enough information on how many calories to consume. The other says to avoid peanuts and then in the first day meal plan has them as a snack??? Like I said confusing. Waste of money!

This was an interesting topic, but the poor writing really got in the way. I skimmed to the end and would not reccomend this book as a good resource.
