I first listened to his TED talk and then found this book on Audible. It was so good I also bought the digital copy. There have been a few times of absolute enlightenment in my life, like learning calculus - a whole new level to operate at. This book describes a higher level for decision making, based on long-range, principled objectives. While it is directed toward business, the same ideas apply holistically.
