These are some basic recipes to try. Most of the ingredients are things already have on hand.

These are sensible recipes you can make from what you have on hand. I will have to add a few things to my cupboard though because bread crumbs and corn starch are a must have on hand, olive oil too, but I keep that, I will just need to get a sprayer! I’ll be trying these soon.

Love the book too. Simple and healthy. Besides that, it gives a basic good guide line for even other recipes.
