I'm 25, and, as a little girl, my sister (who's now 23) & I LOVED these books! Her name is Amy, so I was Rose & she was May-May. (a nickname she had already aquired but became absolutely official b/c of these books. Every now & again, when I call her at work, I'll tell the secretary it's 'Rose' calling & greet her with, 'Hey, May-May!') We would act out some of their adventures too. I think the line we'll always remember is, 'You were right sister, the horse CAN NOT dance.' Amy just got married, so I'm here scouting out a set of the three books to put away for her first baby shower. Can't wait! I ABSOLUTELY reccommend!!! They have a fun, easy way that sticks w/you. (Even after 15+ years!)
