From New York Times Bestseller Mimi Jean Pamfiloff comes the STEAMY Part Two and conclusion of The Boyfriend Collector.

My name is Dr. Bex Hughes, and I'm in love with a woman who cannot truly love me back. Unless I help her as my patient, and that is forbidden—a taboo in the eyes of the world and the worst professional sin for a therapist.

But what else can I do? Rose was once a real-life Cinderella. Now she's wealthy, single, and free. Except she's convinced that love is used to hurt people, family tries to murder you for money, and no one can be trusted. It's all she's ever known.

So I'm bending every rule I've ever lived by and helping her find her way to real happiness. Only, my self-control wears thin as I hear the details of Rose's dating adventures. Can I prove I will love her unconditionally before my jealousy shatters her trust in me forever?

Such a fantastic conclusion to the story. Rose and Ben are awesome and I loved how Been didn't want to give up on Rose even though it was a conflict of interest. Rose's dating adventures were awesome and poor Ben.... Definitely read book 1 and then finish it up with this one!

Loved this highly entertaining, witty, fun, exciting and action packed journey filled with so many heart pounding moments. This adventure begins right where book one left off and gives us all the same thrilling emotional highs and lows with a very intriguing and satisfying ending.

Oh Mimi Jean, what you do to me!! I could not put this one down, I just buckled up for the wild ride that I knew was coming and what a ride it was. Twists and turns and a few "damn I didn't see that coming." The story picks up where book one left us, Rose needing to marry by her 21st birthday from a list of eligible men to gain her inheritance according to her late mothers will. In book one we see Rose living the life like unpaid help while her family spent her money. Rose meets Bex who is her therapist and the their relationship forms there, within the confines of his office and then beyond. Rose has now decided that she'll date her way through men, while Bex is stewing with regret over his past actions, watching Rose date which is killing him. In order to fulfill the terms of her mothers will Bex comes up with a plan to marry Rose at zero hour and Rose agrees to the arrangement. So while she gains control of what rightfully belongs to her, her grandparents are in jail for what they've done along with the man who tried to end her, it seems like things are still a little unclear for Rose. She wants Bex, Bex wants her but he also feels that she needs to experience life outside of the sheltered existence she's grown up in. That includes Bex watching her date. Poor poor Bex. It drives him crazy. Bex has his own agenda as well in their relationship. These two made me crazy, along with Roses relationship with Waylon, who I really liked and then there was Chad. And all push pull between Bex and Rose really started to make me crazy in the best way! I yelled at my reader more than once. More twists, turns and swivels, Mimi Jean being the Empress of plot crazy left us hanging until the very end to see what would happen-or not between Bex and Rose. I absolutely loved this story, it was the perfect second half to the first book. Stellar writing, the book drags you right into the story and doesn't let go until the very last words. Gripping, twisted and completely and utterly Mimi Jean. A must read duet!

Rose, the Peachtree Cinderella, and Bex, her therapist continue to play big parts in each other’s lives in this second and final installment of The Boyfriend Collector duet. As Rose was manipulated and deprived of love by her money grubbing family, she has trust issues and add in that she was spurned by Bex, she is wary of his intentions. Bex, what can I say about this kindhearted and sexy therapist? He is selfless in that while he so badly wants to declare is his love for Rose and have her for himself, he just wants her to be happy and free. Of course, he is a bit misguided and we witness the two of them dancing around each other. Written from a dual POV, it was entertaining to get a peak into each of their thought processes as well as see their interactions with each other. The secondary characters, especially all of the misc boyfriends were fun. This book is full of action, humor, and a mess of tangled emotions. True to this author’s previous works her this story is creative and the characters are endearing. You will find yourself laughing at some parts, swooning in others, and wondering just where this author comes up with some of these scenes! The Boyfriend Collector 2 moves at a great pace and while I was happy they got their HEA, I was also sad to see it end. I read an early complimentary version of this book.

RATING 4.5 STARS The Boyfriend Collector Two is the final book in this duet by Mimi Jean Pamfiloff. If you thought the first book was full of surprises, wait until you read the finale. Rose Marie Hale lived her first twenty one years as a real life Cinderella. She was almost entirely isolated from the world, home schooled, forced to work hard around the house, lied to and given no love at all. But Rose found out that her grand parents were lying about her inheritance and took matters into her own hands. This book starts the night before her twenty-first birthday. Her entire life hangs in the balance, the money, her future, everything. “I don’t merely need to become the hero of my own story. I need another story.” Bex Hughes knows he’s in love with Rose. But he’s also her therapist. She might think she’s in love with him, but she has had no life experience. If Bex truly loves her, he has to give her the freedom to experience life. But he also has to convince her to marry him in name only so she can keep her inheritance. Is he strong enough to save her and then let her go? These two are in for quite a wild ride in this book. They do love each other. But neither of them are honest with the other for different reasons. Although Bex truly does love Rose, he is so busy trying to do what’s best for her he doesn’t see what’s right in front of him. That she really does love him as well. While these two are trying to figure things out, sinister plans are in place. Where there is money, there is greed. And someone else wants that money and will do whatever it takes to get it. I can’t help but to love Rose. She has lived her entire life exposed to nothing but hatred and abuse. She’s been stolen from and lied to. But through it all, she never lost herself. She still manages to shine a light wherever she goes. Men just seem to fall in love with her. A lot of mistakes were made but she figured things out. She knew what she had to do. In true Mimi Jean fashion, this book is filled with all kinds of twists and turns. I couldn’t stop reading, had to know what happened next. I read it in one day. This is a story of a woman trying to find love in a very unconventional way. But she wants a happy ending to her fairy tale. Will she find it? Or will she forever be The Boyfriend Collector?

Favorite Quotes: I think for women, though, we can look at a sexy man with ripped abs and bulging biceps and appreciate his beauty, but if he came up to us in a bar and said, “Hey, babe. Wanna bang one out? My mom’s out of town, and I can buy a twelver if you got money.” Well, let’s just say not many of us would take up that offer, no matter how hot the abs. My Review: Other than a few sparkling glimmers of clever smirk-worthy levity and a handful steamy sensual scenes which were mostly daydreams, this was a rather exasperating read full of annoying characters who spent most of their time in conflict while ludicrously doing and saying the exact opposite of what they wanted or were thinking. I have previously enjoyed several of Ms. Pamfiloff’s cleverly written romantic comedies, but this was a huge miss for me. At least it was mercifully quick and short and well, just ridiculous. I have learned a valuable lesson - I need to stick to her witty rom-coms.

Flawed and Fabulous, you gotta love Rose and Bex! Say what you mean and mean what you say. Easier said than done when it comes to Rose Marie Hale and Bexley Hughes. Rose is finally free from her conniving evil family but, she still has to meet the conditions of her mothers will or risk losing everything to the people currently in jail for her attempted murder. Broken hearted by rejection from the man she loves, and with little hope of finding a husband by her birthday anyway she takes her cue from her mother's last book and decides to never love but instead become the “Boyfriend Collector”. Now if only she could stop thinking about Bex. Bexley Hughes has a hero complex. The quintessential knight in shining armor he just wants to do what he thinks is best for Rose, even if he has to hurt her to do it. Bex may be in love with Rose but he wont tell her that, not until she has had time to heal and figure out what she truly wants in life. He’s not going to take advantage of her while she’s in a fragile emotional state. As the two trip along trying to figure out how to navigate their own feelings they are fraught with misunderstandings, miscommunication, and just general missed opportunities. Bex and Rose inspire you to be frustrated on their behalves as you furiously read trying to find out will they get their happily ever after. Though each have their own flaws, Bexley and Rose are relatable and innately human. It’s hard not to think to yourself, yeah I’ve made that kind of mistake myself. You can’t help but root for them both as they try to find themselves and each other. If they would both just be honest with each other, but then we wouldn’t have this great story. In true Mimi Jean fashion there are plenty of twists that you will never see coming. A gifted storyteller Mimi Jean gives us a fitting conclusion to the story of Rose Marie Hale and Bexley Hughes in The Boyfriend Collector Two.
