One of the best cookbooks I have ever bought. The casseroles are not boring, bland, or difficult to make. The recipes don't call for unusual ingredients, but use fresh everyday common foods that we all have somewhere in our refrigerator or pantry. Additionally, it is organized better than any other cookbook I have seen. There are no long editorials that working moms must suffer through at the 5 pm crunch as the kids are raiding the pantry. The book lets you select a reasonable recipe, make it and get the family fed and fast.
