About the Author

Stan Berenstain (1923-2005) helped introduce the first Berenstain Bear books in 1962. He worked together with his wife, Jan Berenstain, to write and draw about these lovable bears.

Jan Berenstain (1923-2012) was the co-author and illustrator of the Berenstain Bear books with her husband, Stan Berenstain.

Julia Barnett Tracy is a talented narrator, actress, director, and producer. Having booked her first network film at the age of eighteen, she took a break from acting soon after that and went on to volunteer all throughout east Africa with the African Children's Choir. After returning home to the states, she dove back into film, and her first short film, Chasing Grace, premiered at SXSW in 2017. She currently resides with her two children and her husband in Austin, Texas.
