About the Author

David Delgado served for many years as a judge in the Domestic Relations Division, Circuit Court of Cook County. He is a graduate of Wells High School in Chicago. He received his B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico and studied law at Northwestern University in Chicago. He taught "Trial Practice" at Chicago State University and frequently spoke on creative writing. He is retired and lives in Chicago.
