Most Helpful Customer Reviews
Found the book to be helpful through the first 2/3s. Message: be painfully nice. Last part of the book seemed like burg was trying to fill pages. Also, there were about half a dozen typos-editor could have done better. I believe rereading "how to make friends..." would have been more productive.
