After waiting several days for my order, I tried to contact customer service by phone and was kept on hold for over 10 minutes with no response and no opportunity to leave a message. I waited another week and called again and this time I waited over 15 minutes with the same result--zero response. I sent email--no response. I sent a 2nd email explaining my frustration and canceling my order--no response. Three weeks after I submitted my order, they sent a link to download it, and guess what--the link went to nowhere. What a bunch of losers! I will NOT buy anything on-line from Barnes and Noble again.

I LOVE this book!!! I can't really understand the real poem, which is complicated and long, and this summary isn't too short or too long. It also gives you an analysis of each book, which explains everything even further.
