I think this is very interesting. I think the initial hard part is doing it. I was hoping for more clear symptom in regards to something in particular. Because I feel a lot of the symptoms of different allergies were the same. It just feels a lot of work. And it might work for some people. I found what works for me that helped cleared acne and itchy scalp. So its worth taking a read on. I received this book at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.
