I have given "That's not my..." books to a number of new parents with rave reviews each time. It's a great gift that will continue to help children learn and explore as they grow.

One of our favorites. My one year old loves to touch all the pages and push the squishy nose at the end. Super cute!

I am a volunteer reader to kids at my local library. All the books in this series are favorites with the kids from 1 1/2 to 6, boys and girls love them all; the animals. the machines, the mermaids. I just bought the Puppy and the bear for my 16 month old great-granddaughter.

I bought this book for my daughter when she was six months old. It was an instant hit. We read it on a daily basis for months. She loved touching all the different surfaces, and it was an easy page turner. It also is short enough to keep the attention of a child between six months and one year. Now, at ninenteen months, she still enjoys it. It's not a favorite any more, but it's still in the rotation. I definitely recommend it.

Highly recommended! My niece began reading the book right away, which surprised me because there were so many more Christmas presents to be opened! She had a great time feeling the different textures in the book, and Mom was there to guide her. Good learning tool.

Even though she can recite the entire book my daughter loves this book. She loves dogs and loves to feel the textures on each page. It's also great that the last 2 dogs in the book look like our dogs. This is a really good book! It's cute, doesn't have too many words on each page, isn't too long, & the dogs are big enough to get the youngest child's attention.

At 1 month I began reading this book to my son. We would touch each picture/texture. I would them leave the book propped up so he could look at it. He would happily spend up to 10-20 minutes focusing on the different dogs. By about 6 1/2 weeks he was batting at pictures.
