Great cookbook....use it for a majority of the time. Everyone in the family likes the majority of the recipes.
As a prediabetic, I am always on the watch for additional information as to how I can control my blood sugar and still have tasty foods. I have found The Sugar Solution Cookbook chocked full of easy to prepare recipes that don't use exotic ingredients, but ingredients that are easily found at your local super market. The book also offers great menu planning suggestions. Since carbs are high on my list of what to look for in planning my meals, I found the Daily Analysis part listed below each recipe especially helpful. Keeping our glycemic index under control prevents many other health problems in addition to diabetes, and I appreciate having these recipes at my fingertips.
I didn't buy this book for myself, I Bought it for a friend, I'm sorry I can't give you a review.
