About the Author

Bruce Chilton is Bernard Iddings Bell Professor of Religion at Bard College and the author of numerous books in New Testament studies, including, with Deirdre Good, Studying the New Testament: A Fortress Introduction (2010).

Deirdre J. Good is Professor of New Testament at General Theological Seminary, New York City. Her published works include Jesus' Family Values (2006) and Jesus the Meek King (1999).
