Bridget Rae Lehmann was born in Wisconsin and later moved to Phoenix, before relocating to Silver City, NM. At a young age, her family converted to whole foods and she can remember wondering why she had to eat bread with seeds on it. She has a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and is a certified personal trainer. She enjoys being fit and working out, eating right and helping others do the same.
