Can you fall in love with someone you’ve never even met?

Hailey Taylor Emery has a hunch that her favorite client at Fetch--an anonymous virtual assistant service--is actually hockey star Matt Eriksson.

Although it’s against the rules for her to check his file, she’s 95% sure she spends at least part of each day texting with her lifelong crush and catering to his every need. Still nursing a wounded heart thanks to her recent breakup, Hailey is perfectly content with some harmless online flirting...until she has to meet her client. Face to face. Cue: utter panic.

Matt Eriksson is no stranger to heartbreak. He’s still not over the destruction of his marriage, and it sucks to be the only guy on the team who knows the truth--that hockey and long-term relationships are a toxic mix. He barely sees his kids, and dealing with his ex makes him feel insane. The only person in his life who seems to understand is someone who won’t show her pretty face.

But it’s nothing that a pair of fourth row hockey seats can’t fix. Hailey can’t resist the offer. Matt can’t resist Hailey. Good thing he doesn’t have to. Fire up the kiss cam!

Warning: Contains rabid hockey fans, misunderstood dick pics, hockey players at the opera and exploding ovaries.

I love this duos writing as individuals they are great writers but when they join forces they become brilliant !! Stay is book 2 in the Wags Series but it could be read as a standalone, this book has it all a hot hockey player who also happens to be a single father of twins ..... Matt is separated from his wife and nothing is more important to him than spending time with his daughters, he earns his living as a hockey player but it's being a father not the Hockey player that makes him the man he is. Hailey is a sassy business owner who loves her job, she has a customer service company where people request what they need through her app and she sources the goods and gets them delivered. Time spent on the road away from his girls does not sit well with Matt so how can he also find time for a relationship with Hailey...... This book has a sweet storyline, the characters are easy to love and what can I say about two adorable little girls with some perfect one liners. One of the things I love about this book is a fathers love for his daughters and that comes through in every chapter. This is a beautifully written story that's about family and friendships and let's not forget it's also hot !!! I can't wait for more from Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy

I love the writing duo of Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy! Stay was one of my most anticipated reads and it didn't disappoint! We met Matt Eriksson in book 1 of the WAGs series, Good Boy, and now we get his backstory and the details of how (and why) his marriage fell apart. Stay is book 2 in the WAGs series and can be read as a stand alone, but characters from previous books do appear in this interconnected series. I truly enjoyed this low drama romantic comedy. The authors have an amazing sense of humor and I love all the witty banter and innuendo between the characters. This is a series where I love the hero and heroine, just as much as the supporting characters. The families, bromance, and sisterhood are all incredible and I love how supportive and caring all the characters are (especially the WAGs). Matt and Hailey both have baggage from their divorces and struggle with their confidence. I loved that they were both more mature and settled in their lives and how they each helped bolster the other and bring out sides to them that they didn't know were there or that have been dormant for a long time. Matt and Hailey's struggles are relatable and realistic. They're not perfect and they make mistakes, but at the end of the day they recognize that they like the people that they are when they're together. Having amazing chemistry doesn't hurt either and I FLOVED Matt's "coaching" ;) Stay was exactly what I needed and wanted - a sweet, funny, and low angst romance. The chapter titles are the best and I loved catching up with the characters we already know and love like Wesmie, Blake, Jess, and of course, Mama Riley. I can't wait for more books in this series and I'm hoping the team's resident manwhore, OC, gets his story next!

Okay, Matt Erikkson is hottie, hot, hotter than hot, and perfection *swoon* And Hailey, she was so amazingly easy to love, someone you could see being your best friend ever! Matt and Hailey both are coming out of divorces, both of them unexpectedly had their marriages end, and were a little thrown off by it. Matt still deals with his ex on a regular basis because they share custody of their twin daughters. Hailey still sees hers every day, because they both still own and work at the business they started. Matt's ex blamed him for the marriage breakdown and lets him know that on a regular basis. Hailey had only ever been with her best friend since the age of six, and still lives in the house they build together. He thinks he isn't relationship material and will mess it all up again. She thinks she is still stuck in her comfortable past. Neither is prepared for the sparks that flare between them. Neither thinks twice about the fact they do end up in a relationship. Neither is willing to give up on what is happening between them, even though it scares them Hot and sexy, sweet and sexy, and lots of loving couples we get to check back in with, this was an amazing read about two people who made mistakes, and finally get their happily-ever-after!

Great read! Loved it more than the first, which is hard bc I thought the first book was fantastic. I loved the showdowns at the end. Also loved no fake drama or silly miscommunication to cause a fake break up... this book was real and their story was on point.

First of all . . . that cover!! Second of all . . . the story!! If you’ve been following this series then you know about Matt Eriksson but if you haven’t (you totally should) let me tell you a little bit about him, he had a really messy divorce and now he feels like having a real relationship while still being a part of a hockey team is not the best mix so he is been shut off and telling anyone who would listed that they are fools for trying to find love, until of course Hailey appears in his life, they have never met, he is her client at Fetch (like a virtual assistant service) and she thinks she’s talking to the famous Hockey player but isn’t quite sure. When Matt makes it clear that he wants to spend time with her outside the work relationship she starts to back away a lot of insecurities come out and it’s up to Matt to re assure her that he is really interest while at the same time being a little hesitant himself. The interaction between these two was funny, endearing and ultimately sexy. I enjoyed their story immensely and there are some side characters that I hope get the spot light sometime soon.
