The New York Times Bestselling Series.

Anthony Hetheridge, ninth baron of Wellegrave and chief superintendent for Scotland Yard, will marry Kate Wakefield in three weeks. It's inevitable--the invitations are out, the flowers are ordered, the cake is chosen. But murder waits for no man, and no wedding.

In London's prestigious West End, a disgraced CEO has been murdered at Hotel Nonpareil, an exclusive destination. No one, it seems, liked Michael Martin Hughes. Not his estranged wife, Thora, or his defiant son, Griffin. Not Hotel Nonpareil's manager, its head of security, or perhaps even the two most important women in Hughes's life: his future bride, Arianna, or his secret girlfriend, Riley. And before Hughes died, he incurred the wrath of none other than Sir Duncan Godington, longtime nemesis of both CS Hetheridge and DS Paul Bhar.

Hetheridge, Kate, and Bhar find themselves under tremendous pressure to uncover the killer as fast as possible. Have Scotland Yard and Downing Street lost confidence in Hetheridge? Find out as you return to the world of ICE BLUE and BLUE MURDER in SOMETHING BLUE, the third in the New York Times bestselling Lord & Lady Hetheridge mystery series.

This series is engrossing. Looking forward to reading the fourth one. Hoping to see some loose ends tied up. If not still worth reading Love Kare and Tony. CB

I loved the book and I love the series. The more you read of the series you realize that Kate and Tony are perfect for each other. In book 3 we begin to learn more about the surrounding cast of characters. It's a fun read!

The third in the Lord & Lady Hetheridge mysteries -- a lovely British murder mystery. I'm not sure what book the rest of the reviewers were reading, but it was obviously of the "blue" variety and completely unrelated. Obvious mix up.

I have enjoyed all of 3 of the Lord & Lady Hethrridge books so far.

The stories themselves are fine, and I will keep reading the series. But the inaccuracies regarding the police force, rankings and seniority are grating! As is the incomprehensible decision to call pork scratchings "pig snacks"!

Although it was a simple read, the story was put together well. I have never been a fan of how the people across the pond use their dialect to explain themselves, the author did a really smooth job keeping me interested. Polecat

The story didn't end!!! One doesn't learn who committed the murder and tie up the loose ends on how people are related. I was bored with Kate and heathridge. I actuslly skimmed parts of the book. New characters introduced were intriguing. But felt ripped-off.

I took a chance on this book, and fell in fast! I couldn't put it down, and enjoyed every minute of it! Great characters, sneaky flashes of humor and sexual tension, an excellent plot. I can't wait to read the next book in this series! Many thanks to Emma Jameson for a new favorite series! leslie reamer

Turned on to British novels by my wife the secret is the fullness of the dialog and the character development is always so rich. As the mental picture that the authors create and you want to go there, meet them and follow them around. Pick this one up and you won't out it down.

I have read the first three books (this is the third), and I have really enjoyed them thoroughly. I love Brit mysteries and this is the modern version of Ann Perry’s William and Hester Monk series about old England. The characters are well-drawn and interesting. Kate and Bahr are extremely funny, causing me to laugh out loud several times. Story is good, grammar is good, but it needs more editing. At least the online nook books have many grammatical mistakes but this appears to be an editing issue. Down to earth and fun to read. I have to go buy the 4th in the series.

Have read the first three books, one right after the other, and just bought the fourth one. The characters are likable, the plots are interesting, the writing is good. I'm looking forward to the last installment of the Lord and Lady Hetheridge saga.
