They say that opinions are like assholes: everybody has one. Well, I have more than one.
Opinion, that is. A few of those opinions are collected in this book. It helped me to clarify my thoughts by writing them down. For anyone without the inclination to do so for themselves, maybe this book will be helpful.
But maybe not.
If you're having trouble falling asleep, this book will probably help you (but no guarantees).
When you're looking in the refrigerator, hoping to find something good that wasn't in there five minutes earlier, this book will not be helpful.
I put the first version of Seek Wisdom, Practice Kindness together in 2003. This is the fourth edition. It may be immodest of me to say so, but I really think it's the best edition since the third one.

About the Author
Mark James Wooding began his working career as an unskilled laborer. In the opinion of those with whom he has most recently worked, the term 'unskilled' still applies. It's the 'laborer' part they question.
Mr. Wooding currently lives with his family in Henrico, Virginia, and will probably continue to do so until the authorities find him.
