It was interesting to read the strategy that Oprah Winfrey successfully employed to deal with a high profile lawsuit by Texas cattlemen. The book touches on many other high profile cases involving Tiger Woods, BP, Toyota, Exxon, Jet Blue, The Boy Scouts, United and American Airlines to illustrate key points on crisis management and communications. The similarities between a winning crisis management strategy and Capt. Sully Sullenberger's strategy for saving his disabled jetliner are really fascinating. The book is interesting and left me wanting more information about the subject.
