From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Kristen Ashley comes a new story in her Chaos series...

Rosalie Holloway put it all on the line for the Chaos Motorcycle Club.

Informing to Chaos on their rival club--her man's club, Bounty--Rosalie knows the stakes. And she pays them when her man, who she was hoping to scare straight, finds out she's betrayed him and he delivers her to his brothers to mete out their form of justice.

But really, Rosie has long been denying that, as she drifted away from her Bounty, she's been falling in love with Everett "Snapper" Kavanagh, a Chaos brother. Snap is the biker-boy-next door with the snowy blue eyes, quiet confidence and sweet disposition who was supposed to keep her safe...and fell down on that job.

For Snapper, it's always been Rosalie, from the first time he saw her at the Chaos Compound. He's just been waiting for a clear shot. But he didn't want to get it after his Rosie was left bleeding, beat down and broken by Bounty on a cement warehouse floor.

With Rosalie a casualty of an ongoing war, Snapper has to guide her to trust him, take a shot with him, build a them...

And fold his woman firmly in the family that is Chaos.

**Every 1001 Dark Nights novella is a standalone story. For new readers, it's an introduction to an author's world. And for fans, it's a bonus book in the author's series. We hope you'll enjoy each one as much as we do.**

Ok so I was all over this book until the end. I didn't like how it ended. But the rest of the books was awesomsauce

Authors who believe in their work. Who know their reader base and see how it grows. Do NOT end a book with lots of unanswered questions. They absolutely don't end with a cliffhanger. They are better than that. They know their world, their words won't let a reader go, EVER. Kristen Ashley, you are better than this. Snap, Rosie...CHAOS is better than this. New readers that found you through the stupid 1001 nights thing, if they are like me with unknown authors that leave hooks and cliffhangers, they won't want another of your books. Because they didn't get you. Every KA book goes on pre-order for me the very second I see it. I don't even check to see what it is. It's Kristin Ashley. I need it. Anyone wants to discuss authors, first for Kristen Ashley. She's that good. The Honey series. I don't do male subs and dommes. I mean, I REALLY don't do that subject. Bought it because of KA. Loved it. Really, really good. This mess, I just read? It was good. Had KA style. It was Chaos. But then it was rushed, with open questions. With a nasty, unneeded, hated cliffhanger. All I can say is Why? Instead of finishing the book with warm fuzzies, with satisfaction, with "Oh my God, this was soooo good". I finished with %@&# this sucks! Really??!!??Really??!!?? $#@% I'm so disappointed.

I'm not sure why I keep tormenting myself by reading KA's books, especially when she writes novellas like this. The first quarter of this book is pages related to other book written by KA and other books to be found in the Dark Nights series. Which was frustrating. For all that was "story" in this, it honestly could've been offered as like a freebie or extra on the authors website. Then we get like a whole chapter of 2 worth of descriptions on the warehouse Rosalie is found beaten in, then we get the same chapters worth when Rosalie goes to the house Snapper and Chaos is providing for her. I'm all for details and descriptions, but I don't need to know every color of every item in the house. Hell with all the details, I'm shocked I didn't get an exact count on how many tiles were in the house! KA really missed out on a good bulk of this story. It would've been nice to read about the times Rosalie and Snapper got close while she was ratting out her man. Which while we are on the topic, how is anyone honestly suppose to believe this woman was in love with 3 different bikers, back to back to back, and in the mix have some daddy issues which is the reason she went searching for her own biker... Yep I rolled my eyes so hard at this I swear I saw the back of my head. I've never read a book of KA's that was a cliffhanger, and to get one now is just a disappointment on top of a mediocre story

Glad to know what happened to Rosalie but DID NOT like the super emotional cliff hanger\teaser about a traitor in the Chaos family!

Must LOVE Chaos World before reading this one. Huge fan, love, love, love the Chaos world and am enthralled with KA’s writing style. She is an automatic buy and will remain so. That said, if this was my introduction to this author I would not be returning. The cliff-hanger is that much of a turn off. Speaking to anyone who has never read Kristen Ashley’s work, please do not read this novella until you have read every book in this series. You will not be sorry to slip back into Chaos world, even for such a short time, if you have been there before. I gave it five stars because the short story was perfectly complete for the series. It was beautiful, tender, tough and believable. An absolute pleasure to read. The tacked on cliff hanger is unnecessary.
