If you love Antonio Sabto Jr., then you will love this book. The book is a good guide if you want to working out. It gives you the movation. Also this book has nice eye candy of Antonio working out.

Antonio has inspired me to want to lose weight and most of all keep it off. The book is great and I would recommend to everyone who would like to live a long and healthy life. I'll never eat a donut again!
