I am new to Atkins, and this was the first cookbook I bought. Love it! Lots of great recipes - each coded for the appropriate phase, and weekday/weekend depending on how much time they require. The Tip Time gives some very helpful information. Variations are often given for a recipe. At the very end is a Recipe Phase Chart. Helpful, but I had to change the font to the largest possible one and turn the Nook sideways to read it. Highly recommend!

The cookbook does have some interesting recipes but I was anticipating more of a selection. It is just OK as far as I'm concerned.

Too frustrating to cook from a nook (no pun intended!). Recipes are not as simple as they make them out to be. A waste of my money. I'll never use it.

TRIED to pruchase this book at your Salem, NH store. COULD NOT GET WAITED ON. So I left. Came home and ordered it on Amazon. It was almost five dollars cheaper and is being delivered tomorrow.
