Dr. Frank O'Neill has been a successful business owner, chiropractic physician, designated civil surgeon, occupational health consultant, and clinical researcher. He is a renowned consultant, speaker, and contributor to the Health Education and Research Foundation. He is currently an anatomy and physiology professor. O'Neill lives in Sioux City, Iowa.
