About the Author
Jason E. Fort was born and raised in Greenville, SC. He is a good old-fashioned conservative, Southern Christian who was raised to believe in a strong code of ethics and morality, which have lead him to pursue a career in law enforcement. While currently serving as a police officer for one of the largest healthcare systems in the southeast, he has taken on a side career path as an independent author. His work signifies his belief that everything happens for a reason, and only God can get his characters through this dark, fallen world in which we live. But through the violence and action, there shines the light of hope - hope that things can be set the way they are supposed to be. Jason is a family man, accompanied at home by a loving and supportive wife (who does not exactly care for the thriller genre) and his 12 year old son, whose adventurous and ambitious spirit have him deadset on being an officer in the Air Force one day. The Forts are not complete unless you mention their four dogs, Cooper, Toby, Gracie, and Layla (Daddy's girl).
