About the Author

Writing has always been a passion of mine - all I can ever remember wanting for Christmas as a child was a posh leather notebook to start my first novel!! Enid Blyton developed my adventurous mind and I couldn't get enough of her books, reading them over and over again! Nowadays, I am still reading but spend as much time researching health websites, yoga, exercise routines etc. as I do novels. If there is something new to try in the health industry I will be the first one involved! Luckily I have a very supportive husband who is quite used to finding odd foods or a new set of vitamins in the cupboard! Sadly, I've never managed the "everything in moderation" regime and am more of an "everything in excess" girl - luckily it is usually good for me! Thank you for visiting my page - enjoy!
