I bought this book the instant it came out. Her previous book, the Fast Metabolism Diet, worked wonders and this new approach sounds even better. I finally feel hope for a healthier me. Thank you, Haylie!
Easy, quick read! Recently lost 50 pounds and plateaued. This helped me kick-start my weight loss again. I lost 3 pounds the first day. Seems as though it will be an easy plan to stick with!
My favorite so far of Haylie Pomroy's books. I really love this book and find it to be my new "go to" plan after I travel or go off the wagon and add a few pounds. This plan is easy to follow, offers tons of food and it really works. She is not kidding about fast weight loss. I lost 9 pounds in the first 6 days. Whew.I like the way she orients to goal weight and I like the section that talks about a healthy metabolism for life. This is a great book. I enjoyed reading it and it is a keeper in terms of the plan she offers!
Releasing a book and then requiring a $12.95 a month subscription to a private Facebook.group in order to get the more than 70 corrections to the book's errors and inconsistencies is beyond belief! What author with a history of problematic publishing errors in her first two books approves another book where recipe ingredients don't match the approved food lists? Where portions in recipes are inaccurate? Where there are totally different required meal maps in the texts and in the supplemental section? Seriously? Perhaps the rapid weight loss plan in this book might work but -- wait -- which plan is a person supposed to use when there are totally different plans for the same desired loss? This smacks of profit and hype over usefulness.
