Mentoring is not only limited to people in leadership and/or management position, but also it is a valuable tool for those of us who have the knowledge, experience and patience to help a new colleague in learning certain procedures in any type of setting - job, school, church, and even in a home. This book is a resourceful and informative one for those who are interested in mentoring - imparting wisdom, offering guidance, and motivating and coaching an individual to reach the next level.
