About the Author
Thich Nhat Hanh is one of the most revered Zen teachers in the world today. He played a central role in theh Buddhist nonviolent movement for peace in Vietnam during the 1960's and served as Chair of the Buddhist Peace delegation to the Paris Peace Talks. His best-selling books include Happiness and Peace Is Every Step. He lives in Plum Village in southwest France, where he teaches the art of mindful living.
