Kyla Duffy and Lowrey Mumford are dog lovers who wish to use the “Lost Souls: FOUND!” series of books to raise awareness about dog adoption and generate funds for rescue groups through the donation of a portion of each sale. Lowrey’s background in journalism and Kyla’s in entrepreneurship created the perfect combination to launch the Happy Tails Books project. Lowrey has two adopted dogs of her own. Kyla has two adopted cats, an ex-puppy mill breeder dog and continues to foster with MidAmerica Boston Terrier Rescue.

This book is a great collection of stories written by people who experienced them. It has adorable pictures and some very inspiring stories. You don't have to have a Great Dane to enjoy this book, although if you have a Great Dane, you will probably relate to some things mentioned. This book is well worth reading!
