Overview

Almost two years after H.G, Wells' novel The Time Machine was published New York City, a dazed young man shows up in Ruth Lonegon's hayloft.

He's lost his memory, and all he has on him are shreds of burned clothing and a handful of very curious pocket change. Only the vaguest of clues hint at who he is, and more importantly - why he's come to a small town in 1896 Colorado.

About the Author

Devlin Church writes short stories, novels and poetry in all genres of fiction. She began life as a child of Wild West rodeo performers who later became regulars with a traveling circus. She attended finishing schools for young ladies, and during the summer traveled with her parents, where she was lucky to count very special people as her friends.

Those people were known as Gorilla girl, Caterpillar Man, Alligator Boy and many other denizens from the carnival sawdust midway.

She's been a Technical Writer, hypnotherapist, Improvement Manager and artist. Currently, she's involved with Glair Publishing, where she's a featured author and public relations consultant.
