About the Author

Peter Hughes is President and Chief Executive Officer of High Performance Leadership, LTD. He is the founder of the OD Think Tank, Global Leadership Institute, Service Delivery Institute, HPL University, and cofounder of the High Performance Leadership Center. These organizations provide management education and organizational development consulting services with a focus on creating outstanding leadership behaviors within organizations. Peter has been affiliated with Cambridge College for the past twenty years. He is a senior faculty member teaching graduate level courses and seminars in management and organizational development. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics where he teaches organizational behavior.
