Barbara Bender has over 26 years of experience as an elementary educator, curriculum designer, and presenter. Well known as an innovator in the connection of the visual and performing arts with building themes and disciplinary studies, as well as the utilization of web-based resources to enhance children’s learning, she has been a pioneer in the development of character education programs in public and private school districts across the country. As consultant, she has partnered with teachers and administrators in the creation and monitoring of effective programs that enhance children’s social growth, self-worth, and respect for others.
James Bender, Ph. D., M. A., has more than 36 years of professional management experience as educator, strategic planner, and learning consultant. As an educational leader in the public and private sectors, organizations under his guidance have received national acclaim in recognition of excellence achieved through successful recruitment and retention of high-quality staff, effective personnel development programs, and innovations in instructional practice. Dr. Bender has developed programs recognized for educational excellence:

William Petrarca, M. S., has more than 30 years of professional experience in information technology, management consulting, healthcare and financial services. He has served as CEO of three start-up technology companies: a regional ATM network, a national telecom consulting service and a regional healthcare information network. He has co-authored and published a book on the role of trusted relationships in business “The Greatest Good” and recently published a book of sonnets dedicated to his grandson "Sonnets to My New Grandson."
