"James Rubenstein, MD is a neurodevelopmental pediatrician on the full-time staff at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is a clinician working primarily in the fields of epilepsy, autism, and cerebral palsy and other complications of birth injury.
